Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your TripShield order. If you need to request a return, please contact us first at tripshieldstore@gmail.com.

Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, complete, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

How to request a return
To start a return, contact us at tripshieldstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
